We don’t supply insurance for equipment hires in-house but you can contact Performance Film and Media Insurance to buy either short term or annual insurance cover. Please click the link below to contact them

For Freelancers and individuals that don’t have a track record in the Broadcast Industry and therefore don’t have “trade references” in the television industry, we will sometimes accept other forms of reference e.g. utility bills, full driving license, and official photo IDs etc. If you are unsure please call us and we will be happy to advise you on what we can accept. If you have no current photo ID we will need to take a photo of you for our records.
No. We do not accept deposits as a substitute for two referee’s and insurance. You need to have these in place when you set up an account with us or we will not hire to you as per our terms and conditions.
Yes! We can send equipment all over the country for you but there will be a charge for any deliveries outside of Central London.

We do require your first hire or two to be collected in person from our office in Waterloo so please bear this in mind before you book.

All hires are to be returned by 10am on the day agreed, any returns after the stated time will be charged an extra day’s rate unless discussed prior to your booking.
